"Rose Bud in Snow" is a photograph that was taken after an early snowfall one season while the roses were still in bloom. The verse in Ecclesiastes that I based this image on represents the security we have in God's salvation. "He has put eternity in their hearts" is symbolized by the closed rose bud. The uniqueness of capturing a flower in the snow contrasts the harsh cold of the outside world and the beauty and hope of eternity that is kept securely inside the rose. God is in control of when the bloom will come to its full beauty, just like He is in control of salvation and eternity.
Throughout my life, I have always had an interest in drawing, photography, and writing. Through DSG Images, I hope to create unique paintings and photography that will be based on biblical themes designed to encourage the viewer. When composing an image, I typically have a particular inspirational verse in mind and then I work to compose a photo or painting that will best provide a visual representation of that verse. I appreciate you taking the time to view my artwork and it is my hope to create "Images that Inspire" you in your daily walk.
